What the app is, and firmly is not.

Healthidia-GLP 1 provides general nutrition information for self-management. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

The app never changes, suggests or manages medication doses. It records the medicine and dose you tell it about so that food targets can be adapted to your appetite, and nothing more. It never contacts a clinician, pharmacy or emergency service on your behalf.

Everything the app produces is nutrition self-management: making the smaller amount of food you eat on GLP-1 therapy adequate in protein, fibre, fluid and micronutrients, and adapting that to the symptoms you record.

Safety notices in the app are self-care prompts written for you, not referrals or triage. They tell you when to slow down, hydrate, simplify your food, or seek urgent care yourself.

Get urgent medical help directly if you have severe or persistent vomiting, severe or worsening abdominal pain, signs of dehydration, symptoms of low blood sugar, chest pain, fainting, a severe allergic reaction, or any symptom that frightens you. Do not wait for, or rely on, anything in this app.

Speak to your own prescriber before acting on the app's guidance if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have diabetes treated with insulin or sulfonylureas, have kidney, liver, pancreatic, gallbladder or eating-disorder history, or have been given a specific diet by a healthcare professional. Where your prescriber's instructions differ from the app, follow your prescriber.

Nothing here replaces the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication.
