Essential storage keeps you signed in, remembers your cookie choice, and caches your current program day so the app opens quickly and keeps working on a poor connection. It cannot be switched off, because the app will not function without it. Sign-in storage lasts until you sign out or for up to 30 days; your cookie choice is kept for 12 months.

Functional storage remembers preferences such as your language, reminder times and dismissed banners. Turning it off means the app forgets those choices between visits.

Analytics storage, only if you accept it, records which screens are used so we can improve them. It is not linked to your health entries and is kept for up to 12 months.

Marketing storage is listed in your preferences but is not used today. If that ever changes we will ask for your consent again first.

We set no third-party advertising cookies. You can change your choices at any time in the cookie preferences centre, and you can clear everything by signing out and clearing site data in your browser.
